are my prints failing due to heat?
so for a bit of context, a few weeks ago i was able to print absolutely fine with next to no print fails and all auto supports. Now i'm trying to print some more models and i have fails constantly, all showing symptoms of the first few layers getting pulled off, supports failing/weakening and resin printed stuff sticking to the PFA film in the vat.
I have tried lots of different things to fix it, ranging from changing resins (elegoo water washable to sunlu abs like) doing a really good clean of the build plate and vat. putting a different variety of supports (ranging from minimal to ALLOT) but nothing really seems to work.
one thing i did notice just now is that over time my printer seems to be running hotter? at the end of my print it reported 45C, is this not wayy to high for most resins? (also when pouring the resin out i noticed it was fairly watery/thin compared to a thicker liquid it usually is.)
if that is the case how could i fix this? i have my printer in a tent with not only the basic exhaust but also a bonus in-line exhaust for extra power (less fumes) pumping air out through a hole that goes out the building (closed airway essentially).
Keep in mind my room is not that warm at all 15-20C (Netherlands weather)
my printer: Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra 12k (this does not have a pre heating option like the 16k one)
