I’m super new and starting with the needle. And for the life of me I cannot figure out how to do this pattern without 2 threads connecting each loop. Is that even possible with a needle?

(Ignore the bottom 3 loops, I kind of gave up towards the end. For some reason, learning tatting has been like learning algebra — my brain doesn’t get it lol)
