My partner and I are building Alvarium Labs. We are currently in the validation and groundwork phase—identifying high-profit use cases for Agentic AI and Workflow Automation across several key industries. We aren't just "theorizing"; we are currently meeting with decision-makers to validate these pain points and determine the investment levels prospects are willing to commit to.

We need a Technical Beast to join us as a third equal partner to lead the architecture and execution of these autonomous systems.

What We Bring to the Table:

- Partner (Strategy & Ops): Holds a Master’s in Engineering with a background in consulting. He currently runs a small business and handles the "engine room" of the startup: finances, legalities, entity setup, and corporate structure. He has a deep network and the operational discipline to ensure we are a legitimate, scalable entity from Day 1.

- Me (Sales & Growth): My career is built on high-level Software and SaaS sales across multiple countries. I am leading the marketing and sales activities—getting us into the right rooms, validating the revenue models, and ensuring we have a pipeline of paying clients ready to go.

Who You Are (The Technical Partner):

- The Expertise: You are an absolute expert in n8n, API integrations, and the Agentic AI stack (LangChain, CrewAI, or similar).

- The Execution: You don't just build simple automations; you build systems that reason and execute autonomously. You understand how to connect complex enterprise software via custom API logic.

- The Mindset: You want to be an architect, not just a dev. You want to have a say in the product roadmap and the industry-specific solutions we build. Eventually, you'll manage a team of developers and support engineers as we scale.

The Partnership:

- This is an equal partnership in all aspects.

- Costs: We split startup costs equally.

- Equity: Equal equity split (33.3% each).

- Profits: Once we are in a position to withdraw, profits are split equally.

- Vesting: We will implement a standard vesting schedule to protect the founders and the company’s long-term health.

We have the sales engine and the operational backbone. We need the technical genius to complete the trio.
