My psych just prescribed me this for my panic disorder and obsessive compulsions. Problem is that I read that you cannot have caffeine with this!! I don’t drink coffee, but I drink Yerba mate every morning. The Yerba mate has really helped me in my weight loss journey so I’m hesitant to stop. Is it really unsafe to combine them? I refuse to gain weight. I spent the last 15 years of my life being obese and feeling so gross about it. I’m finally back at my normal weight.

Does anyone get this symptom before or during a panic attack? I have chronic sinusitis so I always have some mild pressure but I noticed right before a panic attack is coming, this pressure intensifies to the point that I can’t breathe through my nose, then I start hyperventilating, I get lightheaded, numb extremities, etc. It’s the pressure in my sinuses and my head freaks me out!! Anyone else?

I’ve been hearing about this combo helping with chronic pain, inflammation, and other ailments. Has anyone tried it for their chronic sinusitis and did it work??

I have chronic sinus inflammation post Covid 2020 so pretty much everything aggravates my sinuses. Last week I came down with an upper respiratory infection and my sinus pain and congestion was 20/10. Yesterday I woke up with severe congestion and vertigo…like walking on a boat. It was awful! I went to a cash clinic, paid for an expensive dexamethasone injection. Doc said the mucous was affecting my Eustachian tube and my right ear was inflamed. I was not having any ear pain. She prescribed me Augmentin as well which I have not started. This morning I feel about 80% better, vertigo is mostly gone, very minimal pressure. I have a feeling the saline rinses I was doing while sick were making me worse. I know people swear by them by anytime I’ve done one, I just feel worse! I’m weary of antibiotics so maybe I can hold off on those. It hasn’t even been a week since I got sick but the vertigo was freaking me out.
