Has anyone else had issues with Edabit Pro not activating after payment?
I have been using Edabit for a while and currently have around 75,000 XP on my account. I decided to upgrade to Pro, but after the payment went through, my account still did not appear to have Pro access.
I reached out by email and included my Edabit profile link, but I have not heard anything back yet. I am not trying to attack the platform. I actually like Edabit and have used it a lot. I am just trying to understand whether this is a normal delay, a known issue, or something other users have experienced.
Has anyone else upgraded recently and had their Pro access not activate right away? If so, how long did it take to get resolved, and was there a better way to contact support?
