Supportive underwear

Morning! I wonder if this group could help me - my husband is looking for really supportive underwear. A bra for the balls if you will. That hold it all in basically! Are there any brands that any guys on here can recommend? I’ve googled but it’s hard to know if they’re actually going to be any good!

38 and getting back into retinol

I’m finally done having children so can return to retinol! I’m currently nursing but my doctor said I’m okay to use it (store bought not tret).

So can anyone recommend me one please? I have dry skin normally. Can be sensitive and get red. I don’t really break out and never had acne. Looking for cruelty free products too.

I’ve been looking at Paula’s choice but it’s pricey. I’m UK based. I’ve gone through some threads here but feeling lost!

I’m 8 weeks PP (c section) and breastfeeding and been okayed by the doctor to gently lose weight/ exercise. I’m mostly walking until I can safely return to weights/running. My abs haven’t fully come back together yet.

Wondered if there’s anyone who has done the 90-30-50 macro diet? I’m trying to get 90grams of protein in a day and eating 1900 cals a day (thereabouts). NGL I did use chat GPT to help work it out specifically for a short woman breastfeeding exclusively. Last baby I gained so much weight during BF. So this time I want to be mindful of my intake.

For context I’m 76kg and aiming for 58kg. In the UK, the BMI says 58kg is the heaviest I should weigh for my height (5’1 / 154cm). I know muscle weighs more than fat so once I return to weights properly I’ll factor that in.

I’d love to hear about anyone else’s similar experiences? I’m struggling with the concept of actually eating more to lose fat.
