For 13 years, Genie Wiley lived in heartbreaking isolation and abuse, hidden away by her father and denied nearly all human contact. When rescued in 1970 at age 13, she couldn’t speak or walk properly having missed nearly all of her childhood.

Emperor dragonfly species (uk) perched on my hand being all curious. Does anyone else have experience with getting close to wildlife?

Spotted this little fella on my walk along the river. My lens is for birding and animals at distance mainly.. may need to invest in a macro lens but these guys are so hard to get close to sometimes. Still had to try snap a shot

When was the last time you cried? Was it a life event? Listening to a certain song or watching a certain film that brought up painful memories or feelings of empathy? For me many songs and films bring tears to my eyes so for me very recently lol

Would having my cpl filter on helped with this photo?

So I went for a walk along my local river at the weekend and was constantly going between shooting subjects on the water, subjects on land, and aerial shots. It was a super bright day. I'm a beginner and was shooting in semi manual so my settings might have been off too.. still experimenting. Any advice is much appreciated, thanks. First image unedited second after a little edit on lightroom.

Hey all. So I bought a r10 a couple years back as my first camera mainly for wildlife photography, for my budget and what I wanted the camera for it seemed like a fairly decent option. I'm still very much a beginner even after having the camera for 2 years.. I dont get out nearly as much as I want with it, life right. But I now want to start trying out astro photography too, my question is would this camera be a decent enough fit for that, would I need specific lenses. Most of my research on the r10 was to do with wild life photography and cant really find anything on anyone using it for astro photography
