Rog Strix G16 crashing after motherboard was replaced via RMA
I'd love to hear people's experiences with the Rog Strix G16 laptop. I am beyond frustrated with what I'm experiencing.
I just got this in January, and I spent $2k to get the better graphics card. It crashed so many times doing basic things on Chrome/Zoom. I sent it in for an RMA and they replaced the motherboard in early March. I got it back a couple weeks ago and it's still crashed 3 times since.
After the first two crashes, I tried this battery setting adjustment to see if it would help but it still crashed again today. Does anyone know if there's a magic trick to help fix this PC, or do I need to send it back into Asus for another RMA?
Every time it crashes, I get the "black screen of death" but it's always visually wrong. It's like double-visioned and torn/ripped looking.
