Hi everyone, I didn't see this anywhere else so thought it would be useful. If you're doing Scrope's Last Hope quest, you can go around perimeter of the lake and get onto the rocky cliff and fight all the dugbogs from up there. You can lean over and do a basic cast to get their attention, and they will start running towards you. You can use revelio if they are hidden underneath you in the rocks to guide you. You will need some finessing so you have to lean over and cast levioso/combos and be careful you don't fall in the water while casting spells, but this effectively puts you out of range because they cannot climb the rocky cliff.
