What omega 3 fish oil have you actually stuck with long term and what made it stick?

Been trying to find an omega 3 I can actually take daily without the fishy burps or weird aftertaste.

Tried a few already (including household brand names that most threads on here point to) and either the taste bothers me all morning, they get stuck in my throat, or I just stop taking it after a few weeks.

For anyone who's actually stuck with one omega 3 for a while, what worked for you? Curious about:

  • digestion: no fishy burps, easy to swallow, no upset stomach
  • whether you trust the testing/sourcing
  • and if you actually noticed anything from taking it consistently

not looking for the best on paper answer, more interestd in what people have actually kept buying and why

Barbican is very underrated. What is your all time favourite architecture site to visit in London?

Spent half a day exploring Barbican the other day and it's definitely exceeded my expectations...
