2022 RAV4 Prime (PHEV) - Loud cold start injector clicking?

Has anyone else had this issue?
On a cold start it sounds like the direct injectors on the top of the engine are very loud. I don't know if it happens on every cold start, but I use EV mode mostly and it seems to do it every time I start the engine after a week or two of EV only driving.
This goes away after the engine warms up and I presume it switches to using port injection, but it just seems unusually loud even for direct injection, and it is a little concerning. It is very noticeable and can be heard with the hood shut too.

If anyone else has had this issue, did you take it to Toyota? What did they say, and did they do anything about it or recommend anything?
