Founders with apps making revenue — would you pay for monetization or app selling help?

Hey everyone,

I've noticed a lot of people launching and making a killing with vibe coded apps and others that are having a handfull of users but don't really know how to monetize them.

So, I thought I'd create a business to focus on:
- helping the app owners improve their monetization (or add monetization in case the app doesn't have any)
- help the app owners sell their app for a fair price.

But, I'd like some feedback on this, more exactly:

- Would you pay someone a fixed fee per hour or per session in order to give you tips to improve the app? If so, what do you consider a fair amount?
- When we're talking about monetization, do you prefer a call with someone or get a PDF or similar with all the information in it?
- Instead of paying a fixed fee per hour, would you like more a monthly subscription and questions that you can ask anytime and get an answer within 24h?
- On selling your app, would you consider a 10% fee of its value if I take care of everything (P&L, description of the app and all of the growth details, finding a buyer and most impotantly - selling it for a price that you seems to be fair)

Would love some brutally honest feedback, even if its "no, I'd never use such a service"

Note: Even if some parts from the service would be made using AI, the business itself cannot really be automated so it's a lot of human work. But I enjoy that very much.
