I would really love to have more worms and be able to feed them more often. But from reading, I don’t understand when it’s safe to add another layer.
I just fed my little puffers and one of them is now seeming like it keeps floating to the surface against its will.
I got four new babies and one of them I think was not doing well and now I can’t find it. Two of them seemed to be eating great and getting strong, but then one started floating. And then the third one is very skinny and it will follow the food, but not really eat it
The video is of the one that’s doing the floating thing. It looks like the back end of its tail keeps pulling it up. I know sometimes they go vertical when they’re foraging for something in the sand, but that’s not what this looks like.
