Advice needed/reality check

About 2 months ago, I played this exact guitar at Gruhns in Nashville and fell in love with it. I downsized 4 guitars and finally ordered it a week ago. Problem is, it just sounds muddy to me for some reason, put some Elixer HD lights on, helped it some. But half the time I cord anything, im getting fret buzz on nearly all the strings unless I press really hard. And I think that may be why its sounding deadish to me.

Taken it to 2 luthiers who are very respected in my area. Both said the same thing, the neck as it sits is completely straight, no relief or upbow, I have low action at first fret. Action is just a little higher than I usually like it at the 12.

They said only thing to do is shave the saddle down to lower the action, but it will buzz even worse then. They say to get rid of buzzing, well have to raise the action even more. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Im an intermediate player, not a pro at all, and I

sing and play full-time for a living, and want to love my guitar again

I have had this guitar for 3 years, played it out, and am currently selling on reverb, but one user messaged me saying the Mahogany is spelled incorrectly on the label, sure enough, it is spelled with an o, instead of an A, now im worried I got scammed a few years back, but its supposed to be a 2019 Gibson Hummingbird Mahogany M Avant-garde. I think they only made em 2 years and im having a very difficult time trying to compare it to another, ther serial checks out on the little bit of info ive been able to find, but im not at ease right nownif anyone can help with this rareish model
