Does anyone have any stories about the Fountain of Light Bookshop that used to be on Jefferson Hwy?

I found this on Tumblr, but can't find any information about it online. I'm not expecting it to still be open - the ad screams late 70s/early 80s, and bookstores don't last that long down here, especially occult ones. I would love to know if anyone has any stories about the place they can share.

There is talk my company is moving from ServiceNow to HALO for our ticketing service. Wanted to get people's opinions on HALO.

I'm in my first IT job, and we have used ServiceNow since I started. A departing team lead gave me a heads up management is talking about moving to a ticketing system called HALO. Does anyone have any experience with using HALO, and what are your thoughts? Would anyone be able to tell me the big differences between ServiceNow and HALO?
