Openreach came to install broadband fttp but they couldn't find a point to bring the cable into my house. They are sending a surveyor and I am just wondering how likely it is they will refuse service. Virgin is at the back of the house but that is coaxial.

I put down that I had £0 in my bank account but I had £5000 - £5500 as i did not know that meant bank account i thought it was just savings and isa accounts you had to declare. I have now changed it to this amount and I went over the 6k mark and have told them of this honest mistake on my journal. What will happen next? I am so scared:(

I went over the £6000 allowance on Friday and made a journal entry to say this. At the start of my claim I accidentally put £0 as money savings etc but I haven't went over this during my claim until now. I am wondering if they will just deduct the £4.35 out of my account or will they ask for statements etc?
