My young son has an early appointment near UL next Thursday so I am taking him down Wed night. Otherwise we’d be leaving home at 5am. Could anyone recommend a suitable hotel?

Pt at my gym. Great guy and very helpful and knowledgeable in general on all things fitness. However when he does swings he bends his elbows. So instead of ‘straight arm, bell at chin height’ he has very bent elbows and they are low and the bell is not as high. Upper arm doesn’t really move much.

Is this a variation?

Or maybe a mistake or avoiding an already injured shoulder…
