Hi! Question for people who applied/got the job as an ALT, are headshots required for CV’s? I’m getting different answers from different sources, but since I would be applying for a Japanese company, I was wondering CV requirements.
Please don’t flank me if this is the wrong subreddit but I couldn’t seem to find recent answers about the process of working for an eikaiwa. Those who’ve been hired in the last few years, what was your process of looking for and being hired at an eikaiwa?
Did you find companies online? Through word of mouth? How long did the whole process take from when you applied, to getting the visa, to working in Japan? I just do not know where to start…
