Finished off the last few modifications to the chassis yesterday and laid down a light coat of white primer.
It's highlighted a couple small areas that need more filler which I've applied.
Hoping to have this in paint soon.
I've got the cover plates made for the access holes. These appeared to be Aluminium in the Evo1's and have been painted thusly.
2nd pic shows the battery and tray behind the panel. I did have to adjust the shape of the outer 2 as I wasn't happy with my initial holes.
Lately I've been adding filler panels to fill the wheel arches. I'm hoping to have the last of the filler sanded soon. Once the ignition coil brackets have been made, the chassis can be primed and painted.
