Most recent post I could find on private dining was a year ago so looking for any current recommendations for around 10 people, whether those are updated on the kids recommendations or new places that have popped up.

Budget range $250-300 pp

Additionally also looking for good long lunch options (West end, city, valley, Newstead), that has good food and decent portion sizes.
