Is this a discontinued charm?

I bought this poodle puppy charm off of mercari (second hand) and I was curious whether this is an older authentic Pandora charm.

Under its body between the paws, there is an engraving that says “S925 ALE” (I tried getting a photo but my phone camera isn’t good), so I assumed it was authentic.

However, after researching for a little bit I couldn’t find any sources saying that this was a charm previously made by Pandora.

If anyone has answers please let me know 😭

Piercing hole closed (?)

So I have these ear lobe piercings, the standard two that pretty much everyone who has piercings has. Maybe 2-3 days ago I woke up one day and suddenly my left ear lobe piercing just didn’t want to slide in like it normally did. I looked at the back of my ear and I could see the end of the piercing stem and I think the back of my piercing hole just healed over?,,,

The piercing itself is a year old and seemed completely healed and never presented any problems before this. However, one thing I noticed was that some piercings with thicker stems kinda made my piercing hole a teensy bit sore when I first put it in in the morning.

Over the past 2 days I’ve tried massaging it and using vaseline to try and gently put the piercing back in, trying different angles etc. No luck, and it bled a tiny bit so I gave up.💔

What are my options now? Is it time to just give up on it and let it heal over?
