Day 2 of AT&T fiber outage. The outage map keeps oscillating between absurd, impossibly inaccurate shapes and messages indicating "no outage". Meanwhile, I'm receiving sparse (2 so far) SMS alerts confirming the outage. Where can we get a real update? Is some subcontractor flipping their ticket state to "resolved" to reset an SLA timer or something?
