If ball leaves the court, out or in?

We were playing with some friends, and the ball went out over the top after a player hit it. Does it considered out or in? Cause we had a disagreement and couldn't really agree on it even after checking the rules.

PocketBook Era screen cracked after fall — repair ASAP, or can it wait??

My ereader, a PocketBook Era (700 Stardust Silver), fell today and now there’s a crack starting from the corner of the screen. I’m kind of freaking out because getting it repaired is complicated — I’d need to send it back to my home country, and nobody can really tell me how much the repair would cost.

So far I checked everything I could:

  • it still charges
  • buttons work
  • touch/screen sensor still responds
  • I can still highlight text and use it normally

Because of that, I have a feeling that maybe only the top glass layer cracked, and the actual display underneath is still okay? But honestly I have no idea how ereader screens are built.

Right now I’m wondering if it’s safe to keep using it for a few months until I travel home myself and can leave it for repair there, instead of paying for shipping back and forth immediately.

Has anyone had a similar experience with a PocketBook or another ereader? Did the crack stay stable, or did the screen eventually die completely? Should I repair it ASAP or is it possible it’ll survive for a while if I’m careful?
