I'm evaluating options for childcare, and I'm very interested in hosting an au pair. Some agencies have partnerships with companies that offer discounts or subsidies for an au pair as a benefit.

I'm waiting for a final offer from Deloitte for an SM role (GPS) and wondering if Deloitte has such a benefit or perquisite?
