Hatethissmug implodes after user says they hate mpreg, transphobia allegations run wild

Hatethissmug is a sub for hating on things made by people, not real people. Take TV shows, tropes, characters, music, all kinds of things. One user makes a post detailing how they hate mpreg:

Some users agree, some stating it's just not their thing while others say it's a form of scary body horror:

"This might be the closest i've seen someone come to understand female body horror through effectively memes"

""its disgusting ugh its disgusting female thing only" breh"

"literally, OP is like soooooo close to seeing what it's like to be a woman and threatened with pregnancy but can only equate it to "male pregnancy is unnatural so it makes me uncomfortable 😣""

"Well, I’m glad I’m not the only one"

"I agree op ngl it’s kinda gets to a point where I’m seeing someone’s fetish on my screen"

"I mean, i found funny the mpreg emoji, but thats it, a Quick laugh of something cursed

Now im gonna return to my happy lolipop world where i forget mpreg is a thing"

Others start to attack and bash op for the opinion, some even wish mpreg upon the op who says in a comment they're a minor:

"brother has no joy or whimsy"

Op: ""oh my it's so joyful seeing people have small people fuck their bodies up and go through hell level pain! How could I say anything against that pure joy!!" "

"Subreddit for hating things btw"

"And they are just hating on op"

"Man, what a cool Sim. I sure hope nothing OP hates happens to him"

"(No fun allowed soyjack)"

Op: "Literally saw a post about hating "I hate having fun" posts lmao"

"Subreddit for hating things btw"

"is this all you do all day?? get a life omg no one cares"

"You cared enough to reply to me"

"Incel post"

"The industrial revolution and your current lifestyle are not biologically correct. So what? Just because something is natural doesn't mean it's good and vice versa."

Op: "I think people forget this sub is made for you express your hate of something and your opinions, I'm fixated with biology being correct so if something goes against it I'm not gonna like it in anyway"

"Well I am expressing hate against your opinion."

Op: "Ok first of all fuck you. But that's also fair so I can't say shit"

There is also a lot, and I mean a lot of comments talking about op being accidentally transphobic which all include their own fights. Op does clarify that they were not talking about trans people at all and that trans men being pregnant doesn't upset him:

"I kinda know what kinda response I'm going to get, but, trans men exist and they can get pregnant "

"Chat, protip: there’s a way to hate mpreg as a trope without incidental transphobia. "

"What about trans men tho?"

Right now there's like 80 people on this post so there's gonna be more fighting, if I see anything particularly good I'll update it here.

Mini drama: whoathatsinteresting starts fighting as "incels" find cute relationship post

A user made a post on whoathatsintresting of a man who grew out his hair to donate it to his girlfriend. Very quickly people start arguing as some say "incels" found the post:

"The men we deserve"

"The fact that this was your reaction to what he did makes me highly doubt that you deserve a man like this."

"Do you really?"

"Not all of you 💀"

"But not the ones you desire though, right?"

"Damn, the incels really can find something to be upset about at every turn."

"Well this woman desired him, so….

Also women probably don’t desire guys regurgitating incel rhetoric. Women are allowed to have preferences. I feel like the guys that say this shit all the time and get mad that some women want to be with hot guys never see the hypocrisy that 99% of the time they themselves only want to be with hot women. But fr your personality sure as shit ain’t helping you be desirable lol"

"Depends. If she's above 30, divorced with kids, then there's a chance."

"This the kinda dude that will get angry when an 18 year old rejects his 35 year old unwashed ass. "

"Reddit has taught me that she will leave him for a worse man.... with his hair attached to her head. "

"If reddit is how you're being taught about life then you really need to get off your phone and get out more"

"Real men do what they must to keep their family’s happy. "

"So real women just selfishly do for themselves and say 'F the family's happiness', or something? I assume that is what you are implying by the specifically gendered statement towards men."

"What an exhausting take. This specifically gendered statement towards men, is not talking about women in any way. Grammatically, implied, nor outright. Common sense leads one to believe that the natural opposite of a real man in this case, would be a man that wouldn't sacrifice to ensure happiness. This is either excellent bait, or you're inferring insult where none exists."

"Try harder. This is not a you moment. Honey. "

This post is very fresh so I'll update as more drama happens.

Hate Hazbin Hotel specifically

Probably overdone here but Hazbin had such a neat idea but the main character ruins it. She's way too over the top and I understand what she's supposed to be but she's just done wrong. I would love to see more of her slowly become jaded by everything and start to seriously question herself and her morals and if what she's doing is truly helping but anytime there's a tiny bit of character development the scene changes. The side characters are better.

Also every threat is defeated with the power of friendship and is completely mute by the end, there's no serious lingering threats that are actually concerning. Anytime a threat tries to be threatening they're either killed or instantly put down by a different character. I would love to enjoy Hazbin since I'm a big helluva boss fan but I cannot stand Charlie as a character.

AITAH starts to go in on a rape victim after saying his story is fake, other users come to his defense

AITAH is having a slap fight after a user explains a non consensual encounter with their girlfriend where she started to perform oral on him while asleep after he specifically said not to and that he has sexual trauma as a kid. He in retaliation hit and kicked his girlfriend off and is wondering if he was wrong for that

post

Most users are in agreement that the user was just a victim of rape and was justified in his actions:

"She didn't "TRY" raping you...she DID rape you. File police charges. NTA."

"Self-defence is a completely valid reason to hit someone.

She sexually assaulted you. Twice. "

Some users point out that the girlfriends post was made on the sub a few days ago but was deleted:

"Dude. You're girl made a post here a few days ago and admitted to her raping you"

OP: "where????"

The post is linked in this comment thread my app just breaks if I try to link it my bad

Others claim the post is fake and or start attacking the op:

"YTA. But I wanna be clear. Not because of what happened to you.

It's because of "I kicked her in self defence". No you didn't. You had already gotten her off. You hit her out of anger. And that anger may be justifiable anger, but if it were, you would use that instead of "self defence".

I'm getting a sense of postproduction editing to victimhood. "

Op: "She raped me twice? I made it clear the first time that it wasn't ok and for her not to do it again, and yet did it again. I have my full right to do that"

"No you don't. You have an emotional entitlement to it. Not any right.

Self defence is well defined under the law. It's not just any situation you think violence is warranted.

If you already pushed her off, the only "self defence" argument comes from her trying to climb back on.

If the strikes themselves aren't stopping anything then they're not self defence. "

"You’re cringe asf "

"She was “jumping” on top of you, you pushed her off, but it was still necessary to slap and kick her? Something about this doesn’t make sense. Now what does make sense is she runs off. Is she scared or guilty…? Question, can she take you? How much weight do you have on each other? I’m not saying you’re lying or wrong. I’m just trying to picture the scenario. Why did you also have to slap and kick her after pushing her off? Did she keep coming after you?"

The biggest arguments start in this comment thread where a user blames op for making a post because "his girlfriend might see it" and that he's lying entirely:

"Yes, you're the AH. You made an account on here knowing your GF could possibly see it and then you talk about nonsense. You're 17 so you've been dating since you were 11... so dumb I hope this is a bot, trying to find out the threshold of tolerable abuse the common reddit user will encourage. "

OP: "I didn't want her to rape me like that though, and I made it clear to her before. This is the second instance of it happening and it was self defense and I was also scared, but I see where you're coming from"

"So you were already a victim of a prior sexual assault where someone gave you nonconsensual oral sex while you were under 11? Your story has a hole the size of the titanic in it."

OP: "No? I said "a few years ago". I was 15, I have no idea where you got "under 11" from"

A few comments later:

"I read the post wrong about you having trauma from another person sucking on you without consent? How many folks are craving your prepubescent pecker?"

"So you're a rapist magnet, that's rough. "

This post is very fresh and still evolving there will absolutely be more fighting I'm not seeing.

Edit: I don't care if you think the post is fake or not this is mostly just about how people are responding to the possible rape of a guy. If it is fake so be it if it's real which we have no way of really knowing comments like "you're a rape magnet" are awful lol

Edit 2: original post locked for, and I quote, "Posts and comments that exhibit needless violence or cruelty are not allowed."

AITAH on a rampage after user admits to being friends with a 14 year old in post

https://www.reddit.com/r/AITAH/s/TtW3CnXuDf

AITAH is currently dogging on a user after an odd post is made. The user claims to not only have tampered with personal property of someone else they're friends with, jailbreaking a console they were given as a gift against their wishes, but also that said friend is a 14 year old while OP is in their mid 30s. Fights, insults, and concern spread.

"Why are you friends with a 14 year old? And then not listening to here when she tells you no"

Op: "For your second question, refer to my other reply. And for the first one, it's a complicated story involving acquainting her parents at comic con, getting to know the family, and genuinely connecting over a lot of shared interests. I can assure you that nothing weird is happening. I know her family very well and we meet up quite frequently."

Some users focus on the issue of going behind the 14 year olds back and not the age gap:

"She directly told you not to."

Op: "Allow me to specify. It was a surprise and I didn't tell her beforehand. I only learned after the fact that her stance on piracy is wildly different than mine. "

"That's hardly an excuse - it's not your device, you should've asked for permission first"

OP: "I mean, I did pay for the damn thing"

"If you had done it as a kindness, that would be different but she said no. YTA, completely "

Op: "I did do it as a kindness, and it was a damned SURPRISE..."

Other users start to attack op over the odd relationship:

"Why are you "friends" with children and buying them gifts, and why are you forcing your weird opinions on them. This has to be ragebait otherwise I know a register you should probably sign "

"Dude what kind of pedo shit is this?! There is no reason a 35 year old grown man should be friends with a 14 year old child. But also you can’t respect someone telling you no?!

I wonder what other nos you don’t respect?!!!!"

This post is very active and the op is fighting with almost everyone who comments. So, are they the asshole lol?

Edit: dude got banned, rip comments

Weirdly excited about putting together homeless packs

My partner and I got the idea to put together bags full of simple useful items for the homeless in our area. We don't have a massive problem like a major city but it's still very noticable. They're just people struggling right now so why not help.

We bought a big pack of those simple string bags and are filling them with things like first aid kits, mini flashlights, water bottles, pads, deodorant, toothpaste and brushes, just simple things you'd need. Separating them by men, women, and pet made the most sense since we sometimes see people out with dogs and men and women need some different items. We are gonna keep one or two of each kind of bag in the car for easy access to give them out whenever we spot someone in need which we tend to most times we are out.

It's been a fun bonding experience with my partner to think of things to get and to go out and buy them. It's so much fun doing this together and it directly going to help people. Hopefully by the time we both get paid next we'll be able to finish getting the stuff for them.

Under a video of an autistic child having a mental episode (not posting image for childs privacy)

Second two are just kinda bonus, first screenshot has the meat. Anti vaccine people who fully believe autism is fully from vaccination will never not be wild to me. Also "deworm your autistic child it'll cure them!" Is bizarre

Under a post explaining food issues in people with OCD (changes argument after being corrected)

This was under a post of someone explaining how people with OCD may think food is spoiled or has been poisoned even if it's not. This guy here goes from swearing up and down it's only an American issue to "well I never said it was JUST America!!"
