SEO automation for internal linking at scale?

We have 800 blog posts. No internal links between them. Doing it manually would take months. Screaming Frog gives me the data but not the implementation.

I need something that reads each post, finds topically related posts, and inserts natural anchor text links, then updates the CMS. Worried about looking spammy to Google though. Has anyone automated internal linking without getting penalized? What guardrails did you use?

Seeking minimalist estimating solutions for residential construction.

I’ve noticed a lot of the estimating tech on the market is geared toward large-scale commercial management. For a smaller outfit, these platforms can be more of a headache than a help. I’m curious to hear what other pros are using for project bidding that feels manageable for a small team. Any "hidden gems" that focus on the essentials rather than enterprise-level features?

Lead enrichment automation for PLG sales assist

We’re product-led but get 200 signups a week. Sales can’t research everyone. I need new signups enriched with company size, tech stack, and recent funding, then scored and summarized in Slack for the AE. If they hit usage thresholds like 10 API calls or invite 2 teammates, notify sales with a talk track. If they’re from a free email or tiny team, route to nurture.

We have Clearbit and HubSpot but reps don’t check dashboards. It needs to show up where they work with context in 30 seconds.

Are cold email services the best way to get our shopify app into more stores?

We just launched a new loyalty program app on the shopify app store, but the organic traffic from the marketp lace is much slower than we anticipated. We’ve tried some basic social media posts, but we really need to reach out to store owners directly to offer them a free trial.

I’m looking at various cold email services to help us run a targeted campaign aimed at mid-sized Shopify merchants. I need a service that can help us verify our lead list and craft a pitch that actually highlights the value we bring to their store. Has anyone used outbound email to grow an app business successfully?

I’ve been trying to build a regional language model for an Indian context, but the latency when using Western-hosted APIs is killing our user experience. In our GenAI development phase, we’ve realized that standard models often miss cultural nuances and local slang, making the output feel robotic.

We need to figure out how to optimize local hosting or find a partner that understands the Indian tech landscape and can help us fine-tune models specifically for Indic languages. Is it possible to get high-performance inference without relying on expensive US-based clusters?

Is managing 811 tickets across multiple GCs a total nightmare for anyone else?

I’m a superintendent juggling projects for a few different GCs right now, and the lack of a standard system for tracking 811 tickets is killing my productivity. I’m constantly digging through texts, PDFs, and emails just to verify we’re clear to excavate. Has anyone found a solid software that centralizes these tickets and actually keeps things organized?

We thought the hard part was the venue and the catering.

The logistics of managing speaker decks, attendee comms, and the schedule was a massive wake-up call. We tried to do it with Notion and Typeform never again. What event management software are you guys using?

I’m seeing a lot of buzz about AI in PM tools. I’m looking for project management automation that can look at our team's past velocity and automatically adjust our future deadlines if we start to fall behind. I want a system that is proactive rather than just a digital list. Does anyone have experience with this kind of predictive automation?

Our google ads cpas have doubled in the last six months, and the ROI is starting to look shaky. I’m considering cutting our search budget by 20% and reallocating it to professional cold email services to target our ideal customer profiles directly.

My hesitation is that I’ve never done outbound at scale and I don’t know if the conversion rates will be comparable. I need a partner who can manage the entire pipeline, from lead sourcing to meeting setting, so I can compare the two channels fairly. Has anyone made this shift recently to combat rising ad costs?

I’ve been brainstorming GenAI development ideas for a startup, but I keep running into the same issue, most ideas feel like nice-to-have tools rather than essential solutions. There’s a lot of hype around AI, but turning that into a real business is harder than expected.

I want to focus on problems that people are actively willing to pay for, not just interesting use cases.

How do you filter GenAI ideas to find ones with real startup potential?
