34, 5'7, 76kg - down from 96kg - 5 months

I didn't take a before, sadly.

Always had a big frame and always been into weightlifting, more so these past five months, however.

Really starting to struggle these past few weeks in losing any more, not sure if to have a normal week of calories and then get back to it.

Currently on 2.5mg, eating around 1750 a day, with 100+g protein a day, using a mix of MyProtein mouses, shakes, fruit, chicken, etc.

Any tips on this last hurdle, not sure how much more I have left to lose, but ideally wanting to get a flat stomach, so probably another 3 months I'd say.

Obviously I know it depends on the parts, but what's the general consensus of quality compared to a Seiko or a rep watch of a big brand like VSF Sub?

Always wanted an AP.

Never going to get an AP.

This is an option.

I know it's only a few £ hundred so quality will not be that good, but... yeah

All my furniture is a rustic-brown esque look, partially because it's what I've inherited, but looking for a one piece electric extendable desk in brown - UK
