Hey all! I’m looking for places to propose that are a reasonable distance from NYC and stumbled on Croton Point Park, mainly due to the sunsets. I’ve never been though, and have a few questions for those who have.

1. How packed would the park be during a weekend evening in October? I know this is probably hard to answer, but mainly want to know if we would feasibly be able to find a relatively secluded spot.

2. Whats the tree cover like? Would a friend or two be able to hide and take pictures?

3. In general, do you think this is a nice place to propose? I live with my partner so it would be difficult for me to come here earlier to check it out and see the vibe for myself.
