First flowers in my first garden...EVER!
Back in 2023, me and my husband bought a house that needed a LOT of outdoor TLC. And I mean a LOT. The weeds were overgrown, grass was barely growing, there were overgrown bushes taking over the porch. It literally looked like an abandoned yard.
After 2 years of tackling one project at a time, I finally cleared out the front of my house and made a garden bed! My sister bought me some beautiful annuals for mother's day and it was the perfect day to plant them. I plan on getting some mulch soon to make it look a bit more uniform!
I've always seen people with such beautiful garden beds and thought "I wish" - while this isn't perfect, it's definitely looking so much better than it did when we first bought the house 🥹 Any tips on how to prolong these guys bloom time would be appreciated!! 🙂
