Did you know there are two accepted ways to display the euro sign (€) in the EU?

Most people only notice the number, but there’s actually a subtle formatting difference depending on where you are in Europe:

1. €100
The euro symbol before the amount is common in many countries and in international contexts—especially in English-language materials, e-commerce sites, and financial documents.

2. 100 €
The euro symbol after the amount is also widely used across the EU, especially in local languages and official documents (for example: France, Germany, Spain, and many Nordic countries).

It’s the same currency, just different typographic conventions depending on language and regional style.

As someone working with multilingual websites, this tiny detail matters more than people think—especially for localization and translation QA. A misplaced euro sign can make a page feel “not native” instantly.

Which format looks more natural to you: €100 or 100 €**?**
And does your country have a preferred standard?

BTW, store.zyxel.com is the correct one.

Trying to choose a 5G router? FWA510 vs FWA515 vs FWA70/FWA710 — here’s what I found

If you're planning to switch from DSL/fiber to 5G home internet, choosing the right router can get confusing fast.

I came across a really useful Zyxel Community discussion comparing these models:

FWA510 – WiFi 6, external antenna support, dual 2.5GbE ports
FWA515 – newer WiFi 7, improved performance, dual 2.5GbE, cloud-manageable
FWA70 / FWA710 – outdoor-ready option for tricky signal environments

Some interesting takeaways:

🔹 FWA515 seems to be the recommended choice for most users
Zyxel support says it offers better overall performance and WiFi 7 future-proofing, making it a strong pick for homes and small offices. ()

🔹 External antennas may not be necessary
If you have decent signal, the built-in 4x4 internal antennas can often do the job. Zyxel even suggests trying internal antennas first before adding external ones. ()

🔹 Need the strongest possible signal?
If your home has poor indoor reception or difficult placement, the FWA70/FWA710 outdoor models might be worth considering. ()

🔹 No link aggregation on these models
Even with dual 2.5GbE ports, you can’t combine them into a faster single connection—good to know if you’re planning high-speed NAS or homelab setups. ()

Curious what others here are using:

  • Anyone running FWA515 already?
  • Is WiFi 7 worth paying extra for today?
  • Has anyone compared FWA510 vs FWA515 side by side?
  • Any real-world experience with the outdoor FWA70/FWA710?

Just spotted that the Zyxel NWA50BE Pro got featured in the June 2026 issue of PC Pro

What caught my attention is that they basically positioned it as a future-proof Wi-Fi 7 AP without the usual enterprise pricing. The review highlighted a few things that are honestly pretty rare at this price point:

  • BandFlex design (switchable 5GHz / 6GHz)
  • 2.5GbE uplink + PoE+
  • Nebula cloud or standalone management
  • Wi-Fi 7 + MLO support
  • 6GHz readiness without going full enterprise budget

The “affordable but still future-ready” angle seems to be the main theme of the review. They also mentioned the ability to migrate to 6GHz later instead of forcing a full upgrade immediately.

For SMBs, home labs, or even prosumer setups, this category is getting really interesting lately. A couple years ago, Wi-Fi 7 APs with 2.5GbE + 6GHz flexibility were nowhere near this price range.

Review here if anyone wants to read it:
PC Pro review of the Zyxel NWA50BE Pro

Curious where people here stand on Wi-Fi 7 right now:
Are you already deploying 6GHz, or still staying mostly on 5GHz until client adoption improves?

Zyxel EU vs US bestsellers — feels like totally different buyers

I was browsing Zyxel’s store and noticed something interesting.

If you look at the “Top-Ranked Bestseller” section in EU vs US, the rankings feel completely different.

Quick note: 👉 It’s based on the diagonal “TOP 1 / 2 / 3 / 4” ribbons, not left-to-right
👉 And it updates daily based on the past 30 days of sales (so it reflects real buying trends)

EU store

  • TOP 1 → USG FLEX 200H (firewall)
  • TOP 2 → GS1900-10HP (small PoE switch)
  • TOP 3 → USG FLEX 50H (firewall)
  • TOP 4 → NWA240BE (WiFi 7 AP)

👉 Feels like: “secure first, then build”

US store

  • TOP 1 → GS1350-18HP (PoE switch)
  • TOP 2 → XGS2220-30HP (bigger PoE switch)
  • TOP 3 → USG FLEX 50H (firewall)
  • TOP 4 → NWA50AX PRO (WiFi 6 AP)

👉 Feels like: “build first, then secure”

One interesting constant

  • USG FLEX 50H = TOP 3 in both regions

👉 Looks like a steady “default firewall” everywhere

Kind of interesting since this is rolling 30-day sales data — not just marketing.

Is this what you see in real deployments, or just store behavior?

Are we overdoing it… or is this what real security looks like?

So I was checking out the Zyxel USG FLEX H Gold Security Pack, and honestly… the feature list is kinda stacked:

  • Anti-malware
  • IPS
  • Application patrol
  • Web filtering
  • Reputation filter
  • Sandboxing
  • SecuReporter
  • Device insight
  • SSL inspection
  • 2FA
  • …and more

It’s one of those “scroll and it keeps going” situations.

At the same time, I just saw a competitor launch a new security gateway with only a handful of these services baked in. Which got me thinking:

👉 Is that actually enough in 2026 threat landscape?
👉 Or are we (as an industry) just piling on features for the sake of it?

Because on one hand, layered security makes total sense—modern attacks aren’t exactly simple anymore.
On the other hand, there’s always that question: how much is “enough” before it becomes overkill (or just unused)?

If you want to see our products.. right here. https://store.zyxel.com/security/usgflex-h-series.html

If you want to see the competitor products, I think you know. 8)

Curious what you all think—
Would you rather have a lean setup that covers the basics, or a “kitchen sink” approach like this?

trust, speed, and certainty.

https://store.zyxel.com (official store)

I’ve been tweaking our store strategy lately and realized this:

👉 Customers don’t really care about the fancy specs that much
👉 They care about whether they’ll get screwed, wait forever, or run into hidden BS

So we simplified everything into 3 things:

1. Trust
Secure payments (Stripe / PayPal), clear specs, and no shady return policies.
If people have to guess, you already lost them.

2. Speed
1–2 workday shipping + clearly marked in-stock items.
No one wants to pay and then find out it ships “sometime next week.”

3. Certainty
Free shipping(>=$75). No hidden costs. No “surprise” delays.
Basically: remove all the “what ifs.”

That’s it. No gimmicks.

Since focusing on this, conversions feel way less… random.

Curious if others here have seen the same thing, or if I’m oversimplifying?

u/ZyxelStore — 17 days ago

Everyone keeps saying “passkeys are the future of authentication.”

Future? Not quite.

Zyxel quietly rolled out passkey support last year — no hype train, just actually shipping it.

While others are still talking about passwordless like it’s some distant roadmap item, Zyxel users have already been logging in without passwords, reducing phishing risks, and skipping the usual credential headaches.

It’s one of those rare cases where the marketing lagged behind the product.

Curious — who else here has actually switched to passkeys in their workflow? Is it living up to the promise, or still hitting friction in real-world use?

So apparently building a network the smart way now means… following what everyone else already figured out.

Zyxel Store now has 10+ store-exclusive bundles, and yep — these are shaping up to be the best-selling picks:

  • Switch + AP combos that just make sense
  • WiFi 7 packs ready to drop in
  • Firewall + 5G setups for instant deployment

It’s basically:

  • You: “What should I choose?”
  • Everyone else: “These bundles. Done.”

No endless comparing. No second-guessing. Just grab what’s already working for others and move on.

If you want to see what’s making the list:

Not saying you’ll end up redesigning your whole network… but don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Ever wondered what’s actually flying off the shelves at the Zyxel Store? Not the “marketing says it’s cool” stuff — the real crowd favorites?

Well… looks like the curtain’s been lifted.

From firewalls that mean business to WiFi 7 APs that look way too clean for how powerful they are, this lineup is basically a “greatest hits” of what people are actually buying right now. And honestly, it’s kind of satisfying to see security gear and next-gen WiFi battling it out like this.

Also… can we talk about how the WiFi 7 units are just casually dominating the chart? 👀 Future is already here.

Anyway, no more guessing games — finally we have the live bestseller ranking of Zyxel Store.

Please don't mind that the location is random, but the ranking is correct.
