And I said “will we get more hours in Burlington 2.0” which was definitely out of line but a write up is crazy

Hello all, I work BOH and I was told they were trying to check the cameras/footage to see a customer being rude to my coworker. Are they just referring to the camera footage and body language of the dude or actual audio?
