Does anyone else think that given the terrible Covid pandemic and strong likelihood of another major pandemic within the next few decades Australia is dismally unprepared? We should have major infectious disease hospitals/a campus with research, testing, and massive surge capabilities so that we are prepared for such an event. Experts agree its a case of when, not if, we will see another pandemic at Covid level, or worse, so we must be prepared.

Does anyone know where VA fits in the cue for the 737-10? I know some -10s are being made ready for delivery as soon as the aircraft is certified like Westjet and United, and VA was a customer that ordered the -10 a long long time ago so you’d think they would be one of the first to receive the type?

As Qantas starts receiving more A321XLRs, what new routes do we think Qantas will open? Could they launch services across Asia from their new Singapore base?
