Ive had T for 3 years and Dysacusis along with it. In the beginning it was really mild and so was the T. I developed H last year and at the same time all 3 worsened. Now recently the Dysacusis is the worst its been. Anyone have experience with this?

Since I started working retail, I’ve gotten a few unexpected compliments on my appearance. A handful of customers and even one of my coworkers have called me a good-looking guy.

I’m not great at taking compliments and I assume they are full of shit.

Do people actually say things like this because they mean it, or just to be polite or friendly? I understand that your family will lie to you and say things like that but it surprised me coming from strangers or acquaintances.

Is this a normal thing people do, or am I overthinking it?
