wheels have a -10 offset and the tires are 285/70/17 but when i turn left the tires rubs on this bolt. Any recommendations to fix this?

I have my spare 33inch tire on my 98 4runner and i want to have it inside my car instead of mounting it outside. I had AI make a picture like this anyone have any idea where i could find a “X strap” like this for 4 anchor points. Ive tried to look but i can only find Y straps. Unless i can just use 2 ratchet strap and cross them but im not sure if it would provide the same stability and support. Thanks for your time 👍🏽
