Hello people,

want to ask if it's still possible to rent out the apartment in 2026 in Amsterdam, with switching to a commercial mortgage to at least cover the mortgage price? I can imagine it needs to be a permanent contract (as temporary is not allowed anymore). Is it doable? Few mortgage providers have the commercial mortgage possibilities if Im correct. Can you share your view on the rental market now? I would appreciate it.
