Breed is still unknown, he's a strange fella, but very relaxed. He will let you pick him up with ease and remains calm. Very energetic and curious, likes to wander off on his own. The others are very energetic as well, but stay together more where he'll walk off.
He got his feathers a lot later compared to the others and is generally smaller in size despite being the same age (5 weeks). Feathers & feet are more black than the photo shows. Face is not yet fully feathered, and is pink-ish despite the white on the photo's. 5 toes on both feet. Last photo is one of his baby photo's.
Does anyone have any guesses on what his breed may be? Bought him in a batch as 'marans', seller also had greeneggers. The others have developed marans features, like the copper neck, when he developed white ends on his chest.
His name is Chips and he'll be staying no matter the gender or breed. Love this little bugger in all his glory, mullet included.
