New setup

Happy to share my new setup

Espresso machine: Rancilio Silvia V2

Mods: Auber PID, manometer, 2 bar preinfusion, dimmer (removed it since it affected my pump power

Kettle: FLOW B9

Grinder: DF54

Pour over: V60. Origami and fast dripper

Tools: IKAPE WDT/Distributor and tamper. Another WDT from Binco and a 3D printed WDT

AEX basket, soon upgrading to IKAPE 58 and MHW
