Could any of these be the reason for my dizziness/constant lightheadedness?

Could any of these be the reason for my dizziness/constant lightheadedness?

Please take a look at this and tell me if any of these is the reason why? I did a full blood panel and that’s the only out of range that came back everything else was normal.

I’ve been getting dizzy episodes since September. What could it be? I’m running out of patience I NEED ANSWERS

Here’s what I’ve done so I don’t write paragraphs

- MRI on head and neck (normal)
- X-rays on neck (seeing a Chiropractor now and doing adjustment once a week)
- full blood panel twice since September both came back normal
- seen 3 ENTs nothing useful
- vestibular therapy for 3 months did the epley multiple times
- seen a cardiologist and did an echo
- did a VNG/ENG testing
- every time I eat I start getting dizzy afterwards.
- driving and being in the car for long periods of time is a trigger
- I can’t even wear contacts for some reason I get dizzy afterwards
- seen an eye specialist and had my glasses prescription updated a couple months ago.
- I tested positive for HPV a year ago and had a genital wart removed.
- I got my wisdom tooth taken out in October of 2024 after that my right eye was blurry a bit (could it be my vagus nerve?)

What could this be? I’m starting to get super frustrated because I’m getting no answers. I’m constantly light headed and I feel like I’m gonna faint but I don’t and my right eye feels weird.
