
6,1 207lb to 170lb 9 months progress, what should i focus on now?
Hey im kinda lost right now i started about 9 months ago working out and cutting made some good progress but now i feel stuck should i continue cutting or bulk i still have some fat left around my belly and love handles im looking for a lean build with abs any help would be appreciated thanks
