Hey all, as the title says, as of recent when I’m playing fc 26 on pc (ea app) I can play about half the game, then my pc will randomly shut off and restart, no error code, no freeze, just a black screen and a restart.
This is odd as up until today, I have never had this issue. All of the sudden it now happens in every game. Does anyone else have this issue? Does anyone know how to fix it?
Hey all, hope this finds you all well. I have been having some troubles with my Scarlett solo gen 4. It is a few months old so it definitely should not be having these issues. The main problem is when I load into discord with my friends and am playing a game. The interface will randomly disconnect, as though I was repetitively unplugging and plugging it back in, each time making a pop in my speakers. During this, I have no audio, and my mic input does not go through. This seems to only happen in discord. Also if I unplug it and plug it back in it will work sometimes, but only for a little bit, then the problem continues. Also if I unplug it and plug it in too many times it will just randomly restart my pc. I genuinely have no idea what could be wrong and any help would be greatly appreciated!
I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling both drivers & control software to no avail. I have also tried different cables, and different usb ports.
Everytime it disconnects the lights just turn off entirely for about a second, then turn back on for like 0.5 seconds, then that just repeats indefinitely.
