We got our dog Ralphie from a No kill shelter that insisted there was absolutely nothing wrong with him and that he was fully trained and had never been sent back before.

Since then he's killed our neighbors cat, Almost killed our other dog over a chip,He's aggressive to small kids and flinches when we reach out to pet him.but he's never bit any of us before.

He's about a year old,he's a husky, border Collie, German Shepherd mix (that's what the vet told us)

Yesterday morning,When he came in from playing outside with me and my sister my mom went to pet him and he Growled at her,he's been doing it to only her ever since. I'm scared but both my parents say they aren't worried about it. I'm not even out of highschool yet and I don't want my mom or sister to get bit but I don't really have a say.

We have cats and I don't know what I should do,I have some money I was wondering if I should get a muzzle with it or if I should spend it on something else that could prevent a bite.
