I paid deposit for 2026 ninja 650 last week, dealer said they can have it in 3 weeks. However i saw alot of people on reddit experience dealer saying 1 month but it ending up being 2 months or more. This is worrying me. Any opinions or takes?

Next week I will apply for a driving license after successfully passing the driving school course, how long will this process take? Some texts on government websites mention 20 or 5 business days as an option. While some mention the 5 business days is only for extensions.
Also the gov portal online has an option applying online to a new license via data box but going there i get the error (user not found on driving registry)
So is 5 days possible for new license applications? And will i be able to do it online?
