My account has been restricted because I can’t verify my identity. I have contacted support several times and have completed every step they have asked of me to try to get it reenabled. I uploaded my passport my drivers license and a timestamp with a selfie. I have uploaded a phone bill with my phone number on it. I have done everything imaginable besides driving to their corporate office and they still can not reinstate my account. I have contacted their email support and everytime they tell me to contact their in app chat. When I do contact their in app chat they tell me they need to escalate it. Then they redirect me to their email support. I don’t have much money in my account but I will never use this god forsaken app ever again.
