Im a lil kid who is new to FPGA

Hi there,

Im a lil kid who is new to FPGA and i Have got two books with me, First is advanced digital design with verilog HDL from 2002 by Mihael Celetti, (i know new version exists but Gemini told me that this book is okay, I got this from my local library) and CMOS VLSI Design by HE Weste and Ayan Banerjee, along with this playlist by Onur Mutlu Lectures

https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL5Q2soXY2Zi9Eo29LMgKVcaydS7V1zZW3&si=DMpZ7akPUkPLM84n

Im learning K maps and boolean algebra from the celetti book. im on the right path? should i follow the playlist first or the celetti book first?

im a lil kid, just entered electronics engineering.

I dont know what is verilog's purpose on deeper level and my fuckass goated university taught me applied chemistry and engineering mechanics and HISTORY in first year then gave me project to use verilog and Xlinx which is called AMD vivado now and its 100 GB.

Since i am the second highest grades achiever in my class and I know german, my professors are pushing me to do research papers and go to IEEE conference in germany.

Can sigmas of FPGA help the noob gooner me to learn this?

on a serious note, my university, like other universities in my country dont teach electronics outright, they teach a one year prep course because there are more than 30 high school education boards in my country, i do know BEEE, ie Basics of electronics like loads, gates and impedance, etc

what should i do?

these are my projects which i am supposed to do https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LltaYpouFknPG5hJI4v4l6XYphuU4bI_/view?usp=sharing
