Ketamine for audiophiles
Did my first session at a Dr's office. I can say it was an amazing experience and I learned so very much about myself.
***HOWEVER*** as a audiophile I'm deeply moved by music. I chose songs that are chill and vibey but not engaging. I used my basic spa mix from when I was an LMT. I was *really* looking forward to using some of my favorite songs (like The Gaels and Anything by Slow Meadow). Unfortunately, they really pulled me out of the experience. I really enjoyed hearing the songs at a different level (more undertones and intricacies) but it certainly pulled me out. I'm glad that most of the songs were randomly general spa stuff.
On the flip side of that, Weightless by Marconi Union has been medically proven to help lower the heart rate for anyone anxious.
Also, make sure you put a volume regulator in your music. Nothing screams **HEAL** like having the Gaels force fed into your brain at large disables.
