I Went to login online and found all my numbers and my account completely gone. I still have service, but everything appears to have disappeared. If I do 611611 I still have a renewal date next month, but online nothing. The new customer service chat seems completely broken as it continually closes the chat. I know they are transitioning, but I was surprised to find all my stuff wiped.
