Anyone else's amount due jacked up after update?

My amount due went from $30 due on 9/18 (prepaid until then with points) last night to $210 due 6/18 this am?

I know they are undergoing some website maintenance, but was curious if others were seeing this, especially those who prepay with points frequently.

App Not working

After the update today. I am no longer able to log into my account. I have cleared my storage and all of that in my phone settings on the app portion of things.

Seems that the app itself is completely broken now.

eSIM/Physical SIM Swap with BYOP Devices

I'm interested in the new Total Wireless $25 BYOP plan.

How easy is it to move a physical SIM or an eSIM from one BYOP device to another BYOP device, without losing service or having to contact customer service?

Has Anyone Used Total Wireless International Roaming?

The new Total Wireless $25 BYOP plan includes the following international roaming perks: 10GB data, 300 minutes, and unlimited SMS.

Hmm ... beats whatever Fi, Tello, and Verizon offer for short-term international travel, which makes me suspicious and wonder: has anyone used Total Wireless when traveling outside the US? What was your experience?

Help 2 Plans on One Line

After the new plans were released my bill is messed up like others have reported. On my account it says I have 2 $65 plans for the same line. Does anyone else have this issue?

BYOD Buy 2 lines get 1 free

Is there an official announcement about this? There a multiple post on here about people seeing it. Has anyone successfully had it applied? 3 lines for $50 is a steal and will get me to switch from T-Mobile.

Current website is broken for both payment summaries and deleting old devices

It seems there are multiple website display errors when it comes to billing.

u/BourbonGamer already noted that he was being "billed" for multiple lines he didn't have when he logged in. When I log in to view an account that was just renewed last week (I have the SMS saying that autopay was successful) the website tells me that payment is still due with a due date of last week.

Additionally, the inactive device bug is still present.

Not only that, inactive devices have reappeared on an account that they were previously deleted from.

u/verizon-jg any chance you can update the sub with an ETA on the bug fixes?

While those of us who have been with Total for awhile are aware of the...issues...that crop up on the website, new users are likely not. Seems like a fairly large oversight to have billing display issues on the same day the new plans launch.
