Some help would be appreciated

I’m constantly dizzy, floaty, and my heart races sometimes —unsure if it’s anemia or something else

I’m not sure where to start, but I’ve been dealing with something that’s affecting my life a lot. My symptoms have been going on for years, but lately it’s gotten worse, and I’m really scared it might be my heart. Here’s what’s happening: I don’t get heart rate going high as I get up everytime as it says in pots

•	I feel dizzy all the time, but some days it’s worse than others. It feels like my head is floaty, like I’m slipping or sinking even when I’m standing still.

•	My heart races even with small movements sometimes , like getting up, bending, or doing chores. Sometimes it races after eating a little food.

•	My legs, feet, and hands get cold

•	My hands and nails look pale, and my feet are almost always cold.

•	I get shaky, jelly legs, and weak arms, sometimes even from moving my head or arms a little and I’m dizzy

•	Certain things trigger worse dizziness: moving my head down, washing my face with water, showering, bending forward, or emotional stress.

•	I feel tired, drained, and sleepy all the time, especially at night, and sometimes even after sleeping I still feel heavy and weak.

•	My symptoms spike after emotional stress, especially arguments or fights. I get anxious, shallow breathing, and my heart races.

Some context: these symptoms started after an accident a while ago, and while some days are tolerable, other days I feel almost like I’m slipping away. I’ve noticed my dizziness is often worse in the morning, and it’s like my body reacts to everything as danger.

Getting in shower is the worst one I’m fine taking shower on a flat surface but tub ones gives me shakiness and dizziness

Putting water over my head gets me gasp for air almost like a baby when you put water and they gasp for air does my body feels that it’s danger

I’ve read that these could be symptoms of anemia, but I’m scared it might be something heart-related. My legs aren’t swollen, and most of the time the chest discomfort improves with rest, warmth, or slow breathing, but the floating, shaky, dizziness and pale feelings never fully go away.

I’m trying to figure out if this is anemia, circulation issues, vestibular/inner ear problems, or something else. I just want to feel safe and normal again.

Has anyone experienced something similar? How do you manage days when your dizziness is so bad it’s hard to move?

Anyone

Why good at one time abd second time bad can anyone read these for me some are apparently very bad health anxiety is the worst thing ever 😭

u/Worried123h — 4 days ago

Need it very bad

don’t even know where to start but I feel like I’m stuck in a constant loop and it’s ruining my life.

For years and years  now I’ve been dealing with intense health anxiety, mainly around my heart and brain first it was this then that I’ve been er more than anything but I’ve stopped for few years one or two but now It all started after a really stressful period in my life and since then I’ve been hyper-aware of everything in my body.

I’m constantly checking my heart rate and ECG on my watch, and every time I do it, I feel worse. Sometimes it shows normal sinus rhythm, but other times it flags things like AF or “inconclusive,” and that sends me into full panic mode.

Physically, I feel:

Palpitations (like skipped beats, thumps, or flutters)

A “dropping” or sinking/elevator feeling in my chest/body

Racing heart, especially when I focus on it

Shakiness (my legs tremble, I feel jittery inside)

Dizziness, like I’m floating or the ground is moving

Lightheadedness, like I might faint

Breathlessness or feeling like I can’t get a full breath

Cold hands and feet

Feeling weak or off balance

Sometimes a pounding feeling in my chest, neck, or even head

Mentally, it’s just as bad:

Constant fear that something is wrong with my heart

Feeling like I’m going to die suddenly

Obsessively checking symptoms and readings

Googling and comparing nonstop

Unable to relax or switch off

Feeling stuck in my own body

The worst part is the cycle:I feel a sensation → I panic → my heart reacts more → I check → I see something scary → I panic even more.

Some days I feel almost normal, and then it all comes back again and I spiral. It’s affecting everything — I struggle to eat sometimes, I’m scared to shower in case I faint, and I feel like I can’t live normally anymore.its like the floors sinking I’m moving not the things around me I sometimes twitch a muscle turning my head not badly but I’ll keep thinking all day blood supply to my brain isn’t working is something gonna happen I can’t function on days I’m swaying floaty is it brain or is it heart I’m scared to be alone

I’ve had multiple ECG-style readings that are mostly normal, but the occasional abnormal one sticks in my head and makes me feel like something is seriously wrong.

Has anyone else gone through something like this with heart anxiety, palpitations, or watch readings? How did you break out of this loop?

It feels like this is never gonna be good ever

Hi, I’m looking for some reassurance or if anyone has been through something similar.

I’ve been dealing with anxiety around my heart lately. It started after a stressful incident, and since then I’ve become very aware of my body, especially my heart and breathing.

I have an Apple Watch and when I take ECGs, most of the time it shows sinus rhythm, but a few times it has shown atrial fibrillation, along with some “inconclusive” readings. The unusual part is it can go from AF to normal sinus within minutes. For example, I had:

• AF around 90–100 bpm

• then inconclusive

• then back to sinus rhythm shortly after

This has happened a few times, usually when I’m feeling anxious or checking repeatedly.

I also get symptoms like:

• feeling like I’m gasping for air (especially when I focus on it or at night)

• feeling pale/cold during anxiety

• dizziness (I’ve had this on and off for months)

At the same time:

• I can walk normally (even done 10–15k steps)

• I don’t get out of breath during activity

• my pulse often feels steady when I check it manually

I’m trying to understand:

• Could these AF readings be real even if they go away quickly?

• Has anyone had Apple Watch AF readings that turned out to be false or anxiety-related?

• Can anxiety or breathing patterns affect ECG readings like this?

• Has anyone had “T wave changes” on apps that ended up being nothing significant?

It’s also started to affect daily things like showering because of how my heart feels during those moments.

I do have health anxiety, especially around heart-related symptoms, so I’m trying to understand how much of this could be anxiety vs something else.

If anyone has had similar experiences or insight, I’d really appreciate it 🙏

I took one before and it was af and then at the same next minute it was sinus so weird
