For some reason I can’t upload the photo here, but in the 勤怠・その他 section of my payslip it shows 等級 J and 号俸 -2号.

Additionally, I received six months’ worth of transportation expenses in a single lump-sum payment. If I hypothetically leave the job, would I have to repay part of that amount?

And finally, I started my new seishain position in April with no prior experience. I thought we were supposed to get two bonuses a year (summer and winter), but yesterday they told us we won’t be getting the summer bonus because we only just started. Is this totally normal?
