Hey guys I’m going to join cu as a first year in the fall. I went to the admitted students day and was able to tour the dorms in will vill. I thought onizuka was great but the dorms were kinda small in my opinion. I wasn’t able to tour any of the apartments in darley or stearns but based off the pictures online they are huge with private mirror/closet/bath/sink etc. They seem really nice so why do people advise to stay away from these buildings? I wanted to know if they might be better options than the dorms..

Hey guys I’m a first year engineering student joining cu boulder this fall! I was looking at the housing options and the apartments at Stearns really appeal to me with the suite style layout and spacious rooms. However there are so many people on the internet advising to stay away from stearns. Would I be better off at Will Vill dorms then? Harlett or Darley aren’t for me with the community baths/non-ac. Can you guys share your experiences with living at cu boulder in these buildings??
